Competitive wages


Paid Time Off (PTO)

A generous combination of vacation, paid absence and personal days is a flexible way for staff to choose how they would like to spend their time off.

  • 3 days of Paid Time Off after 3 months, 2 days at 6 months, and – 2 more days at 9 months
  • 15 days of Paid Time Off for 1-5 years of service
  • 20 days after five years of service
  • 25 days after ten years of service
  • Part-time staff members will earn pro-rated PTO time

Health Insurance

Staff members working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage, with options for dental and vision coverage.

Life Insurance

Coverage is available for staff members working at least 20 hours per week.


Jennings offers a match into a 403b program as well as a discretionary contribution.  On-site retirement workshops are also available.

Short-term Disability

Available to staff working at least 20 hours per week and provides up to six (6) months of short-term disability.


Seven (7) paid days per year for full-time staff members. Prorated for part-time staff. All hourly staff members who work on a holiday are paid double the normal rate for the hours worked.

Child Care

The Learning Circle at Jennings is our on-site infant and child care, providing a convenient way to ensure quality care for your child during working hours. Our center accepts children six weeks to school-age and is open Monday thru Friday from 5:45a.m. to 6:00pm.
